in reply to: Floating dynamic menu

Just a note: when I click on other post, table of contents appears, but floating dynamic menu is not appearing, like it does not load, it only shows small rounded blue rectangle without text in it.

Hello Uwe,
We had our other customer having the same kind of problem because of a conflict with a filter plugin. If you’re using a filter plugin on your site please deactivate it and try again and let us know what happens.
Thanks,
Robin

Hello Uwe,
Thanks for your query. Sorry, it’s not possible to add class to individual badges. But I think it will be a useful feature so we will add it in the next update.
Thank you

Hello There,
Thanks for your patient. We had a deep look into your site and we have found that your theme is missing a WooCommerce hook which is do_action( 'woocommerce_product_thumbnails' );

If you want with your permission we can edit your site’s child theme and place it there for you or you can do it yourself.

Also, please have a look at this page: https://wpmessiah.com/docs/woocommerce-product-badge-manager/advance-badge-integration/using-shortcode-to-show-badge/

We already have a solution to this problem in our documentation.

We won’t take any action until we hear back from you.
Thanks,
Robin

in reply to: Styling badge to big.

Thanks for purchasing our product and really sorry for the size issue. This is a very common issue that happens sometimes when theme CSS overwrites our badge size and some other CSS property.

Please add the CSS code below to your website using the Customizer -> CSS option and it should fix your problem. You can change the 50px to your desired size to adjust the badge size.

.woocommerce ul.products li.product a img.badge_thumb {
    width: 50px;
    height: auto;
    display: inline-block;
}

Please feel free to let us know if this solves your problem.

Thanks,
Robin

Hello, Thanks for your query. I’ve looked into your website but couldn’t see any badge. Maybe you took them off. Please assign a badge to a product so that I can check the demo in the link and provide you some solution.

Thanks,
Robin

Hello,
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and for the late reply. Can you please share your website access in a private reply so that I can check and debug the issue.
Also it would be really helpful if you can create a screen cast or try to explain your problem with some screenshots.
Thanks,
Enamul
