Robin here, I’m a senior developer at BoomDevs. I’ve checked the whole conversation of this ticket and also looked at your screenshot and loom video.
After the import was successful the alert message said skipped 1 record. That means it didn’t even complete the import. Please send us another CSV without a badge that works and lets you import the records.
We don’t provide third-party plugin support, but we would love to help you. Please share your problem with a bit more details and multiple scenarios which can help us to understand the problem clearly.
