The Table Of Content is Appearing in Author’s bio and Footers

We installed your plugin on our blog and it was working fine until we updated it. Now it is showing in very weird places like our footer, author’s description etc. (Screenshots attached)

We are very interested in buying the Pro version but I’d like to make sure this bug is fixable and will not happen again later.
