Left and Right Buttons Problem

The switches to turn the left and right buttons on and off don’t work. We only want one button. How can I fix this?

If you go to our website https://www.mentalhealthlottery.co.uk where it says play our lottery on the left ,put the mouse cursor just to the right of it and it shows another button on hover. Ive tried to make it transparent but its not working right.
