Why can’t I add my own footer in Elementor? I can add a header, but not a footer.

Sorry, not so fast… I discovered that the drop-down menu no longer works with the Donik theme but does when I switch to Hello theme. Also the Home and other menu items don’t work either on some pages.
Would you please look into that? Thank you.
