How do I change the footer background colour?

I have installed the new update but the colour is still not changing. Kindly look into it.

It only reflected on the “Home 1” template, whereas I am working on the “Home 3” template

How do I also change the colour of the upper text at the footer area?

The footer background colour change is only reflecting on the “Home 1” page. It is not reflecting on the other pages – “About”, Services”, etc. Kindly look into it.
