Thanks for your response we need to clarify few more concern please read below following points.

1. Elementary page builder and Yoast SEO plugin are included in this theme or we need to buy this plugin separately please clarify this.

2. Is it possible to customize your WordPress theme and can we design our own pages by using your basic layout.

3. As you mention above in your response that your theme supported all types of popular plugin but according to your documentation you have clearly mention “Support for compatibility with 3rd party plug-ins” this is not included you can check into your docs under support tab
