I have installed and activated WP AI CoPilot Pro License and have completed the set-up with API and general settings. I have also created a custom template.

When I create a new post I can see the 2 WP AI CoPilot icons in the WYSIWYG editor but when I click the pro icon it says “Prompts not found” on a white overlay screen.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins but still the same error.

WordPress 6.4.3 running DIVI with Extra Theme child theme.
