Bottom menu covers up the checkout button on Shoptimizer Cart popup. I understand there are two solutions:

1. Remove the bottom menu when the cart popop appears
2. Adjust the Z indexing.

I THINK it would probably best to remove the Bottom Menu when someone clicks on the cart and this cart popup appears.
